Pump it.
Malta Street Sport Alliance, one of the VR Freestyle partners, spent 2024 bringing street sport shows and workshops to towns across Malta with Move Malta. This is their film of the Pump It project.
§ 02 / How lessons work
Watch. Break it down. Ride.

See the trick at full speed, then slowed down so you can follow every move.
Break it down
The trick is split into small steps, with drills that lead up to it.

§ 04 / Safety first
Fear is normal. Slams are optional.
Most riders in our survey say fear of injury holds them back. That’s why every lesson lists what you need to master first, the protective gear to wear and how to bail safely, so you move up when you’re ready, not before.
§ 05 / For coaches
Coaching a group?
The lessons are free to use in clubs, schools and youth programmes. Pair them with the VR Freestyle training programme, a coaching curriculum the project is developing for everyone from beginners to riders chasing international rankings.
